In April, to celebrate the re-introduction of the PUMA R-System, I headed to Berlin, Germany, for a special event which featured an RS archive walkway as well as a look at some upcoming collaborative efforts that includes the likes of SEGA, Roland, Polaroid, and Ader Error, and eventually finding ourselves in a room packed with classic arcade games.
Check out some images from the event below as well as a look at a selection of the upcoming collaborations, and stay tuned for more info on when they'll be dropping HANON.

As some of you may know, I recently started working for hanon shop, and the first project I have been lucky enough to work on was jumping in near the end of the collaboration with Puma on the "Adventurer Pack". All the main shots were already done, and you can check them out here, along with all the information you need about the collaboration.
However, although the main bulk of the project was already done, I took the first set of on-foot shots a couple of weeks back, which you can check out below.

As an added extra for the collaboration with Puma, Ed of hanon shop designed two boxes, one for each of the shoe.
They're pretty striking boxes, certainly in comparison to the normal Puma green boxes, and are a real nice touch for the pack.
The Puma x hanon "Adventurer Pack" is set to release on Saturday 14th November 2015 at 10am in-store, followed by an online release at 2pm.
Each pair is priced at £99.00.
The latest footwear collaboration by hanon shop of Aberdeen comes in the form of a double pack with Puma, which features an XT2+ and an XS850, and has been named the "Adventurer Pack". The "Adventurer Pack" references Ed and Brian Toft of hanon shop's early beginnings in the 90's, when they would travel overseas to hunt out rare and vintage sneakers to sell through the store.
For this project, they have reworked two of Puma's classic running shoes, and they have stripped back both styles removing any TPU components, and have applied an upper of premium materials, with both pairs inspired by their early days of travelling.
Firstly, let's take a look at the XS850, which references their skate beginnings and features a rich nubuck upper offset by a 'Flame n' Bones' multi print on the collar lining and footbed.
The XS850 will also be pairs up with a 'Flame n' Bones' dust bag which has the same multi print as the collar lining, and footbed.
Next up is the XT2+ from the "Adventurer Pack" and this is definitely one of the best XT2+'s ever. It is inspired by the early days travelling overseas, leaving the winter gloom in Scotland behind for the sunshine warmth of California.
It is executed in a lush pig suede application, and the colours reference the stark contrast in weather whilst a 'memories' print is featured on the lining.
The Puma x hanon "Adventurer Pack" will be released on Saturday November 14th, 2015 at 10am in-store, with a retail price of £99.00 each. Each pair will also come available with a customised box.
